int nPacketIndexInLayer

Index of a packet corresponding to layer ID.

BOOL bEnable

Specifies whether frame length error is selected or not.

short iFrameLength

Frame length for generating frame length error.

Return Value
None.

Remark
Sets frame length error and length (to generate frame length error) for an outgoing open frame.
NOTE: Call this method only for the SCSI, Task, SMP, or ATA command packet.
