BOOL bIsExclude Specifies whether ExcludeALIGN is set or not.

None.

Remark
For each captured item (corresponding to StateId), ExcludeALIGN shows whether ALIGN

primitive is excluded from the sample or not. Sets the ExcludeALIGN attribute or not.
