Layer ID of a packet (see

int nCommand

Index of a packet corresponding to layer ID.

BOOL* pbEnable

Specifies whether delay to send frame for a frame feature is selected or

not.

int* pnDelayTime

Delay value to send frame for a frame feature.

int* pnRetVal

Result of method, whether called by valid index and layer ID or not or

other errors.

Return Value
None.

Remark
Returns whether delay to sending frame is selected or not, and delay time in sending frame for

an outgoing frame of a command.
NOTE: Call this method only for the SCSI, SMP, Task, or ATA command packet and transport

packet.
