Specifies whether frame length error is selected or not.

Frame length for generating frame length error.

None.

Remark
Returns frame length error and length (to generate frame length error) for an outgoing open

frame.
NOTE: Call this method only for the SCSI, Task, SMP, or ATA command packet.
