ID for a state in advanced mode and Capture ID

BOOL bIsExclude

Specifies whether ExcludeXXXX is set or not.

Return Value
None.

Remark
For each capture item (corresponding to StateId), ExcludeXXXX shows whether XXXX dwords

must be excluded from sample or not. Sets the ExcludeXXXX attribute or not.
