Inputs
int nStateId

ID for a state in advanced mode.

int nConditionIndex

Index for a condition in advanced mode.

int nExprTokenIndex

Index for a token in advanced mode after which you

want to insert a timer token.

Return Value
None.

Remark
Inserts a timer token to trigger items in a state and condition in advanced mode and returns the

new added token index for next use.
You may change the timer ID after adding a Timer Token, using the SetConditionExprTimerId

function.

NOTE: This method is only for advanced mode.
