Inputs
int nStateId ID for a state in advanced mode and
Capture ID (see Capture ID definition ) in easy mode.
Return Value
Shows whether ExcludeIdle is set or not.
Remark
For each capture item (corresponding to StateId), ExcludeIdle specifies whether Idle packet
must be excluded from sample or not. Shows whether ExcludeIdle attribute is set or not.
