Index of a packet corresponding to layer ID.

BOOL* pbEnable

Specifies whether disparity error is selected or not.

Return Value
None.

Remark
Returns disparity error for an identify frame. It is useful to generate a disparity error in an

identify packet.
NOTE: Call this method only for the Identify link packet.
