Index of a packet corresponding to layer ID.

BOOL bEnable

Specifies whether code violation error is selected or not.

int* pnRetVal

Result of method, whether called by valid index and layer ID or not or

other errors.

Return Value
None.

Remark
Sets code violation error for an outgoing frame of a command. It is useful to generate a code

violation error in a command packet.
NOTE: Call this method only for the SCSI, SMP, Task, or ATA command packet and transport

packet.
