The confirmation message appears.

If you touch the performance data will not be
deleted, and you will return to the Rec/Play screen.

When you touch the performance data
will be deleted.

You can load commercially available SMF music files into the
ATELIER, and record your own performance on top of it.
During recording, the data you’ve loaded will be played
back, while you record your performance.

1.

Prepare the SMF music files.

If you’re using SMF music files from USB memory,
connect it to the External Memory connector.
If you’re using SMF music files from a floppy disk,
connect the floppy disk drive to the Ext Drive connector,
and insert the floppy disk.

2.

Touch on the Main screen.

The Rec/Play screen appears.

3.

Touch <

> (Utility).

The Utility screen appears.

4.

Touch .

The Song Select screen appears.

If you want to play SMF music files from the User
memory, choose “Favorites.” If you want to play SMF
music files from USB memory, choose “Ext Memory.” If
you want to play SMF music files from floppy disk,
choose “Disk.”
