Traverse direction
Q267: Direction in which the
touch probe is to approach the workpiece:
-1: Negative traverse direction
+1: Positive traverse direction

Q305: Enter the number in the
datum or preset table in which the TNC is to save the
coordinate. If you enter Q305=0 and Q303=1, the
TNC automatically sets the display so that the new
datum is on the probed surface. If you enter Q305=0
and Q303=0, the TNC writes the coordinate in line 0
of the datum table. Input range 0 to 99999

whether the determined datum is to be saved in the
datum table or in the preset table:

0: Write determined datum in the active datum table.
The reference system is the active workpiece
coordinate system.
1: Write determined datum in the preset table. The
reference system is the machine coordinate system
(REF system).
