Dolby Digital Encoder Modules
Note: This only applies to the CAT559D encoder module.
The Dolby Ditigal (AC3) encoder function may be set via the q2 automation
command. This allows the encoder to be set into one of the following modes:
•
0 = Encode
•
1 = Passthrough

document for details of the command formatting and parameters
Dolby Decoder Modules

The Dolby decoder function may be set via the q3 automation command.
This allows the decoder to be set into one of the following modes:

0 = Automatic
•
1 = Dolby E
•
2 = Dolby Digital
•
3 = Mute
