This section contains information relating to the Imagestore 750 Dolby
options:

Decode of Dolby E
•
Encode of Dolby E and Dolby Digital (AC3)
Introduction
The Dolby decode/encode options for Imagestore 750 add integral decode of
Dolby E, plus encode of Dolby E or Dolby Digital. The Up-Mix option
(covered separately on page 381) also adds integral up-mix from stereo to 5.1
surround audio. These options provide a compact and flexible extension to
existing Imagestore 750 audio processing capabilities.
Note: A total of up to four Dolby Decode, Dolby Encode and Up-Mix
audio modules can be fitted within the Imagestore at one time.
These audio modules provide the following features:

Dolby Encoders and Decoders

Dolby in via Embedded SDI video or AES

Metadata handling
•
Metadata RS485 serial ports

Audio input status monitoring

Integral video delays

Up-Mix from stereo to 5.1 surround
