The factory default option is disabled and should only modified in
consultation with your IT department.
To adjust the number, refer to the IP Address section (see above).
Pressing enter to accept the change will then display the message ‘Updating
EEPROM’ shortly followed by ‘Restart to apply new setting’.
Restart the Imagestore 750 by selecting ‘Software Reset’ or ‘Restart System’.
NTP Server
This option allows the clock in the Imagestore 750 to be set from a Network
Time Protocol
server located on the network. The clock is checked once
every 1024 seconds; however if the clocks are seen to be drifting then the
update period will be automatically reduced to a minimum of 64 seconds.
Using the joystick arrows ⊳ enter the IP address of your NTP server. (See
IP Address).
The number is in four blocks separated by full stops, for example:
>255<255.255.255
Logging Server
This option allows the user to set the IP address of a remote syslog server,
permitting log files to be logged externally. Setting up of a syslog server is
well documented on the Internet, however Support can also provide details.
Using the joystick arrows ⊳ enter the IP address of your logging server.
