Imagestore 750 Dolby product codes are listed along with other product
codes on page 47.
Dolby Carrier Board Code
The Dolby carrier board option (IS-750-DOLBY-CARRIER-BOARD) may
be purchased to make an Imagestore 750 “Dolby-ready”.
Dolby Kit Codes
The Dolby kit codes apply to new factory-built Imagestore 750 units and
provide:
•
A Dolby carrier board fitted within the unit
o Capability of fitting up to four Dolby modules in total
•
A special I/O card variant with RS485
•
Up to four RS485 ports, configured “In” or “Out”, for serial
Metadata
•
Dolby Encode and/or Decode modules fitted as per the kit option
o Room for one or more modules in future.
Please check with Miranda Customer Support to see if existing Imagestore
750 devices can have Dolby added retrospectively.
Dolby Upgrade Codes
Upgrade codes add on Encoders or Decoders to extend the Dolby
Encoder/Decoder kit combination – up to a maximum of 4 modules total.
Upgrade/extension codes are purchased either:
•
With a Dolby kit at original Imagestore 750 purchase – (the options
are assembled in the factory), or…
•
As an upgrade to a unit already fitted with a Dolby kit
