Conditional: This menu is displayed when FSK and ODU POWER
SUPPLY are ON under the Configuration: Modulator menu.
Displays the ODU PLL Lock status of an FSK capable BUC. The ODU PLL requires that the
ODU 10 MHz reference is On under the Configuration: Modulator menu.
