Description/Function

Reset Time button

Click this button on a power supply that
includes the Real Time Clock option to update
the time of the power supply to the current
time of the local computer that is controlling it.

Load Rate of Change Protection group
Max Positive

Maximum positive output load rate of change
of the power supply; if impedance protection is
enabled and this limit is exceeded, a system
fault will be generated by the power supply.

Max Negative

Maximum negative output load rate of change
of the power supply, if impedance protection is
enabled and this limit is exceeded a system
fault will be generated by the power supply.

Monitor

Displays the maximum output load rate of
change sensed by the power supply.

Note: if a fault reset is sent this reading will be reset
Update Settings button

Click to write the displayed Load Rate of
Change limits to the power supply

Resistance Monitoring Parameters group
Zalpha:

Alpha coefficient of the low pass filters used
for output resistance measurements.

Monitor Alpha:

Alpha coefficient of the low pass filters used
for monitor readbacks.

Max Delta Setpoints:

Maximum change in setpoints for a valid
output resistance measurement to be
returned.

Z Delay:

Time delay after which the output resistance
measurement becomes valid.

Z Monitor Imin:

Minimum current required by the output
resistance measurement to return a valid
reading.

Update Settings button

Click to write the Resistance Monitoring
Parameters to the power supply.

Setpoint Limits group

Vlimit:

Sets an artificial voltage limit for the power
supply and rescales the analog inputs and
outputs based on this limit.

Ilimit:

Sets and artificial current limit for the power
supply and rescales the analog inputs and
outputs based on this limit.

Note: the scaling of the analog power input and output is based on the Vlimit and
Ilimit settings (Plimit = Vlimit * Ilimit); a value of 0 indicates the limit feature is not
being used.
Update Settings button

Click to write the Setpoint Limits to the power
supply.
