menu to close the currently active proj-
ect.
Save.
Select
Save
from the
File
menu to save the active file.
Save As
To save the active file with a new name, perform the following steps:
1. Select
Save As
from the
File
menu. The
Save As
dialog box is displayed; see
2. Use the
Save In
drop-down menu to navigate to the appropriate directory.
3. Enter the new file name in the
File Name
field.
4. Use the
Save as Type
drop-down menu to select the file type.
5. Click
Save
. A copy of the file is saved with the name you entered.
Save All.
Select
Save All
from the
File
menu to save all open files and the currently
loaded project.
Print.
Select
from the
File
menu to print the active file.
Print Preview.
Select
Print Preview
from the
File
menu to display the file you want to
print in Preview mode in a new window, as shown in the following brief procedure.
1. In the Edit window, highlight the file you want to show a Print Preview.
