gives the same address (the lowest possible address) when RANGE RAM $8000:$BFFF .

is changed to
LOCATE s_uninit_data at BASE OF RAM
the lowest used address is $9000 (because LOCATE s_nvrblock at $9000 and
s_nvrblock is in RAM).
