Are you using the correct port?

If a connection is possible with the Wall Control-red application either remotely or locally, you can use the Server Application
Manager dialogue to find out if the server application has been installed, is running and which port and port name it is using and
if an error occurred. In the Wall Control-red application, go to the

Configure

menu and select

Server Applications

.

If a connection is not possible with the Wall Control-red application, you will need to look at the application

event viewer

on the

Wall Control-red server.

The endpoint is a duplicate

This error message suggests that an attempt to open a communication port failed because it is already in use.

If the Wall Control-red server has not been activated or the networking has been disabled in the

Wall Control-red Administrator

dialogue

or Wall Control-red has not been activated, the problem is with the port name.
