REFERENCE
The telephone company may make changes to its
communications
facilities,
equipment,
operations,
or
procedures. Such action must be reasonable, required in the
operation of their business, and consistent with FCC rules.

• Make your terminal incompatible with their equipment,
• Require modification or alteration of the terminal,
• Otherwise physically affect performance of the terminal.
