PROBLEMSOLVING
Cleaning the rollers and retard pad
1. Press the scanner cover release button and open the scanner
cover.
2. Clean the exposed area of the rollers with Xerox Clean-ups.
Rotate the rollers to clean the remaining surface.
3. Clean the retard pad carefully with Xerox Clean-ups. Do not
bend the metal tabs on the side of the retard pad.
