Screw the knurled nut onto the threaded shaft of the PHONES jack where it exits the front panel (see Figure

60). Screw it only finger tight. Do not use pliers.

Mounting the Front Panel Assembly

Remove both side panels from the chassis as follows. This will allow you to see the connectors that must

mate properly when attaching the front panel assembly.

Remove the two screws shown in Figure 61 so the 2D connector and standoff remain attached
to the side panel. Remove the remaining screws in the right side panel to free it.

Remove all of the screws in the left side panel (except the two screws holding the handle
assembly) to free it.
