Installing a Dummy System-Board Tray

1 Slide the dummy system-board tray into the chassis until it snaps into

place. See Figure 3-14.

2 Replace the screw that secures the retaining latch. See Figure 3-14.

Removing a System-Board Assembly

1 It is recommended to turn off the system board by pressing the power

button on the back panel, and any attached peripherals.

2 Disconnect all the external cables from the system board.
3 Remove the screw that secures the retaining latch. See Figure 3-15.
4 Press the retaining latch and using the handle, slide the system-board

assembly out of the chassis. See Figure 3-15.
