NOTE:
An icon is displayed at the upper left of the XP Remote Web Console main pane (see Figure 44 ) to
indicate the error level on the controller (DKC) or the disk array (DKU).
Setting User Accounts (Account Pane)
NOTE:
When you log on to XP Remote Web Console for the first time, the License Key pane and the Account
pane are both available.
You can use the Account pane to register new user accounts or view and change settings for registered
user accounts.

This section describes the components of the Account pane, and the following sections describe the
procedures that can be performed from the Account pane. For information on XP Remote Web Console's
user accounts, see “ Setting User Accounts (Account Pane) ” on page 86)
CAUTION:
If you change user account settings, you must back up the XP Remote Web Console configuration
file by downloading the file from the SVP. For instructions on downloading the configuration file, see
“ Downloading the Log and Configuration Files ” on page 112)
On the left side of the Account pane, the Account Information tree (see Figure 56 on page 87) is
displayed. The Account Information tree consists of an SA (Storage Administrator) folder and SLPR folders
that are numbered from 01 to 31. When you open a folder, the user IDs of the user accounts registered in
