The Detail pane includes the following information:
• Reference Code
• Error Level
• Status
• Date and time the error occurred
• Error Section
• Error Detail
• Number of this error and number of total errors (in the above example, this is number 2 of 3)
• The Previous button displays information for the preceding row.
• The Next button displays information for the following row.

1 Good No error occurs and the status is good.
2 Service Service and Moderate do not require immediate attention and are addressed during
routine maintenance.
3 Moderate
4 Serious Contact your HP account support representative.
5 Acute
NOTE:
Once the status becomes other than Good, all SIMs must be completed (resolved) from the SVP to restore
the status to Good. Contact your HP account support representative for assistance.
