Displaying the Error Log With Page Breaks
To display the error log:
1. Log into the switch as the admin user.
2. At the command line, enter the errshow command.
Example:
Clearing the Switch Error Log
To clear the error log for a particular switch instance:
1. Log into the switch as the admin user.
2. Enter the errclear -p command to clear only the persistent errors. The
error log in RAM is not cleared.
or
Enter the errclear command (with no operands) to clear the RAM
memory and remove persistent messages from the default errShow
display.
