7 System Operations
Demo Mode
The FrameScope Pro may be set in the Demo Mode for training
or demonstration purposes. The Demo Mode provides a network
consisting of several stations, servers, a router, two switches or
bridges, and five SNMP agents. All functions can be
demonstrated without connecting to a live network. Autotests
of all functions are simulated.
Select Demo Mode: Off/On on the System Settings Network menu
and press Edit to enable or disable the Demo Mode. Select
whether to turn on or off the Demo Mode in the Demo Mode
panel on the Demo Mode Setup screen.
Press OK when done.
N O T E
Make sure that the DHCP is set in the network settings to ensure that the
Demo Mode works properly.
