7 System Operations
The Status Display Area
The status display area shows the status of the following parameters.
Clock display
The clock shows the time of day. It can be set in the Time and Date of
the System Settings Network menu. Refer to
“Time and Date Setup”
on page 167 .
Network connection status
The FrameScope Pro icon displays the network connection of the
FrameScope Pro. If a red ‘X’ is shown on the connection, it
indicates that the FrameScope Pro is not connected to the network.
Power display
The AC power icon appears when the AC power adapter is
connected to the FrameScope Pro and an AC power source.
When the FrameScope Pro operates using battery power, the
battery charge icon shows the current battery state. The percentage
value shows the amount of charge remained in the battery.
Storage status
The storage icon indicates the status of the CompactFlash card. If
the CompactFlash card is installed, an icon as shown by the left
image is displayed with the percentage of storage available in it. If
there is no CompactFlash card installed, a red ‘X’ will be marked on
the icon.
