If "UsePercentile" is set to true, and this control is set to true, then the percentiles are set using BER
and the error bias settings. If "UsePercentile" is false (default) this setting is ignored.
SetPctFromBER Bool
Description
When setting percentile limits from BER, this control variable permits an adjustment to the confidence
interval to account for
other statistical weighting (such as trnasition density in serial data timing analysis).
