with these. Following this line are the DMX/MIDI serial port
settings. These are controlled by the bits in eeFlag0. They
will show:
a) DMX Tx: DMX-512 transmission is enabled.
b) DMX Rx: DMX-512 reception is enabled.
c) MIDI Rx: MIDI reception is enabled.
d) Net Serial Rx: Net Serial reception is enabled.
e) IR Mode Rx: IR Mode reception is enabled.

Configurator’ program. Valid values are from 00h to FFh (0
to 255 using decimal numbers). You really shouldn’t muck
with these.

These can be modified by entering the number/letter adja-
cent to each setting. This is not normally done, since the Mp3
Player will override any changes you have made here with the
settings you have made in the ‘Mp3 Configurator’ program.
About the only time you will need to modify these settings are
if you have not yet configured or installed the SmartMedia card in
the Mp3-50/8 or Mp3-50/40. These can be used to do initial
bring-up and testing on a Show Control System.
