Compiling and Downloading the Project
The final phase of the configuration procedure is to compile the configured database. The
compilation function puts the configuration data into a file that can be downloaded to an
instrument. Initiate the compilation operation using the instructions in Table 11-9.

Save the database before compiling or downloading.

From the SEQLAB document, select the Instrument
menu Compile item.

Select OK. Do not reassign block occurrence numbers.

Do not select any of the Interface File Options; Select
OK and wait for completion of the operation. Upon
completion of the compilation, one of the following
messages appears:
Compile completed without error
There were compile errors
When the Compile Complete
message is obtained the
configuration is finished and a valid
strategy is obtained. In a real
application the strategy can be
downloaded to the Modcell
instrument at this point (Step 7).

If a compile error message is displayed, select the OK
box. A listing of the compile errors appears.

Examine the error listing, take appropriate corrective
action, then repeat Steps 1 through 4 until the
compilation is successful

From the SEQLAB document, select the Instrument
menu Download item.
