The High Limit Status is set FALSE or TRUE as described below. Initial default value is

FALSE 0 This value is FALSE when the UP totalizer is below the high limit.
TRUE 1 Set TRUE when an UP totalizer reaches the high limit. If Auto Wrap is
YES, this value is held TRUE until the next execution of this block,
otherwise it is held TRUE until a reset occurs.
