Totalizer Block

8-102

22

Predetermined Count 1 Status Quality (PC1STATQ).......................................................-WR
Quality of predetermined count 1 status.

GOOD

0

Quality when this block or its controlling loop is RUN or HOLD and
input quality is GOOD if examined (Bad Inputs Rejected).

BAD

1

Quality when this block or its controlling loop is OFF or input quality is
BAD if examined (Bad Inputs Rejected).

23

Predetermined Count 2 Status (PC2STAT)..................................................................... CWR
Set TRUE when the totalized count is greater than or equal to Predetermined Count 2. It is
FALSE otherwise. Initial default value is FALSE.

FALSE

0

Totalized count is less than Predetermined Count 2.

TRUE

1

Totalized count is greater than or equal to Predetermined Count 2.

24

Predetermined Count 2 Status Quality (PC2STATQ).......................................................-WR
Quality of predetermined count 2 status.

GOOD

0

Quality when this block or its controlling loop is RUN or HOLD and
input quality is GOOD if examined (Bad Inputs Rejected).

BAD

1

Quality when this block or its controlling loop is OFF or input quality is
BAD if examined (Bad Inputs Rejected).

25

Mode (MODE)..................................................................................................................... CWR
Indicates the mode of the totalizer. Mode can be changed by writing to this attribute.

RUN

0

Block runs as configured.

HOLD

1

No totalization takes place.

26

Mode Quality (MODEQ) ......................................................................................................-WR
Quality of mode status.

GOOD

0

Quality when this block or its controlling loop is RUN or HOLD and
input quality is GOOD if examined (Bad Inputs Rejected).

BAD

1

Quality when this block or its controlling loop is OFF or input quality is
BAD if examined (Bad Inputs Rejected).

27

Analog Input (ANALINP) ................................................................................................... CWR
The variable that is totalized when Input Type is Analog. Specify a floating-point input (local
data or source pointer). The initial local value default is 0.0.

28

Direction Input (DIRINP) ................................................................................................... CWR
A discrete input that specifies the totalizer direction, either UP or DOWN. Local Data or source
pointer that specifies count UP (1) or count DOWN (0). The initial local value default is 1 (UP).

29

Reset Input (RESINP)........................................................................................................ CWR
A FALSE to TRUE transition will reset the total count to the low limit if direction is UP or to the
high limit if direction is DOWN and mode will be set to RUN. Specify a discrete input, or
NONE. The initial local value default is FALSE. A remote discrete input is specified by making
a connection to the block. If a connection exists, the input is considered remote, even if local
data has been specified. The tag and attribute of the remote input are reported if a connection
has been made.
