2. Fill in the general information about your company, the author of
the template, the name and version for the template you are
creating, and a brief description. The version number of the
template, which is required, is very important because it is
automatically included in the template name that the lab
personnel see when they select the template to use with a kit.
Note:
The information included on the screen will be seen and
used by the end-user of the kit.
3. Select Quantitative for the Template Type.
4. Enter the Sample Vol (uL) for this template. This is the amount
of sample that will be tested. Make the volume in the wells at
least 25 uL greater than the sample volume.
5. Enter a Sample Timeout (sec) for this template. This is the
maximum time in seconds that the analyzer will spend acquiring
data for each sample.
Note:
Templates have a default sample timeout of 25 seconds.
The timeout begins when the stream begins. If the system does
not acquire the expected number of events in the specified time,
the system processes the next sample.
6. Enter the Low Limit and High Limit for the Doublet
Discriminator Gate.
7. Click Next. The next Template Setup Wizard dialog box
appears. See Figure 24.
