Logs and Associated Media
Log Entries
A log has been created on each relevant recorder channel defined at the logsheet
creation. This displays as follows in the Elements grid:
Protect Media Clips
A clip has been created around the log timecode to protect the A/V material. This displays
as follows in the Elements grid:
Associated Clips
A clip containing a log timecode has been created by a user and the system has
automatically detected it and associated it to the log. This displays as follows in the
Elements grid:
Logs Availability
The Logs branch of the Tree view contains sub-branches for each logsheet and for any
log directory which have been created from IPDirector. Logsheets may have been
organized into log directories. See section 2.2 “Tree View” on page 5 for the description
of each icon displayed in the Tree view.
The Elements grid represents the content of the selected logsheet. Logs are displayed
with the highlighted color associated to each of them at creation in IPDirector.
