When the servomotor power is ON, the position error exceeded
the parameter setting (Pn526

Overload
This warning occurs before the overload alarms (A.710 or A.720)
occur. If the warning is ignored and operation continues, an over-
load alarm may occur.

Vibration
Abnormal vibration at the motor speed was detected. The detec-
tion level is the same as A.520. Set whether to output an alarm or
warning by the vibration detection switch (Pn310).

Absolute Encoder Battery Error
This warning occurs when the voltage of absolute encoder’s bat-
tery is lowered.

Change of Parameters Requires
Restart
Parameters that require the restart have been changed.
