Absolute Data Request Signal (/SEN)
The absolute data request signal (/SEN) must be input to obtain absolute data as an output from the SERVO-
PACK.
The following table describes the SEN signal.
Note: The SEN signal must be allocated. It can be allocated to a terminal with Pn515.0. For details, refer to
3.3.1 Input

The SEN signal is input at the following timing.
