Configuring IGMP Versions
Because the protocol packets of different IGMP versions vary in structure and type, the same
IGMP version should be configured for all routers on the same subnet before IGMP can work
properly.

Configuring Static Joining
After an interface is configured as a static member of a multicast group or a multicast source
and group, it will act as a virtual member of the multicast group to receive multicast data
addressed to that multicast group for the purpose of testing multicast data forwarding.
