8. If the SmartPlate is a Model SPDW61 or SPDW113 (largest size), remove the U-bolt
securing the Heat Exchanger support bar. Also, for SmartPlate Model SPDW61, remove
the "L" bracket.
9. If the SmartPlate is not a Model SPDW113 or SPDW61, use a 3/4" socket wrench to
remove the horizontal hex head screw and washer shown in Figure 8-18. Also, loosen and
remove, the hex nut securing the "L" bracket to the heat exchanger mount.
