1 Configuring Interface
Ethernet interface operate in 10, 100, or 1000 Mbps speed and in full or half duplex
mode. The configuration of speed or duplex at combo ports cannot be effective when
combo port is working at optical mode.

DUT#configure terminal Enter the Configure mode.
DUT(config)#interface eth-0-1 Enter the interface mode.
DUT(config-if)#no shutdown Make interface eth-0-1 UP
DUT(config-if)#interface eth-0-2 Enter the interface eth-0-2.
DUT(config-if)#shutdown Shutdown interface eth-0-2
DUT(config)#end Exit to exec mode.
DUT#show interface status Display interface state.
