Replace monitor input power fuse
If the green battery charging light is off and the ac power adapter does not provide power
to the monitor even when all connections are intact, the monitor’s input power fuse may
need to be replaced. This procedure must be performed by a qualified service person. To
change fuses:
1. Disconnect the monitor from the patient and turn off the monitor.
2. Disconnect the ac power adapter from the monitor.
3. Using a small, flat-blade screwdriver, turn the fuse carrier counterclockwise to release
it.
4. Remove the fuse carrier and replace the fuse with the type 3A/250V, 2AG.
