Configuring ControlLogix Applications
Chapter 5 provides information and examples that explain how to use I/O Messaging
to control, configure, and monitor scheduled and unscheduled data on a FlexPak 3000
or Webpak 3000 drive using a ControlNet scanner module.
Configuring a ControlLogix CNB scanner, and the network, is mainly done using RSLogix 5000
software (figure 5.1). RSNetWorx is still required, but only at the end of the configuration
process. Start the RSLogix 5000 software to begin the configuration process
