Run Forward or Run Reverse signal is
active, but not both.

Verify that I/O Terminal 01 is active.
•
Verify that
[Start Source] matches
your configuration.
•
Verify that
[Reverse Disable] is not
prohibiting movement.
Drive is Faulted
