Step
Action
1.
Press the Change Config softkey from the Main
System Configuration screen.
Select Communications, then press the Enter
softkey.
2.
Select Recipient Contact List, and press the
Change Value softkey.
The existing contact list is displayed.
3.
Modify the list using the softkeys as follows:
•
Add Record — You will be prompted for a
contact name, transmission type, recipient
address or phone number, and ZOLL Data
Relay server name if applicable.
•
Edit Record — Edit the currently highlighted
record.
•
Delete Record — Delete the currently
highlighted record.
•
Return — Save the information and return to
the previous menu
After pressing Add Record or Edit Record, the
following screens will appear.

Enter Contact Name — Enter the name of the
contact.
Use the scroll keys on top of the unit to select a
number or character on the keypad, then press
the Commit ( ) key on top of the unit to enter the
selected character, up to a maximum of 12
characters.
To turn on capital letters, press the Cap On
softkey.
Press Cancel to return to the server list
menu.
Press the Next softkey to advance to the next
screen.
