Communications Parameters
The Communication parameters are attributes that relate to E Series unit transmissions and
include:

Upload Baud Rate
This parameter allows you to set the upload transmission rate for RS232 transmission.
Values are as follows:
Bluetooth Baud Rate
This parameter allows you to set the upload transmission rate for Bluetooth™ wireless
transmission.
Values are as follows:
Enable Data Relay
This parameter allows you to specify whether the ZOLL Data Relay options are shown in the
recipient list for transmitting 12-lead patient records via a DUN, Bluetooth or serial connection.
The Data Relay parameter specifies that data will be sent to the Data Relay application on a PC
or mobile device.
When this parameter is set to Yes, “Data Relay” is a selection along with the pre-configured
locations on the 12 Lead transmission set-up screen (see “Recipient Contact List”, below).
When Bluetooth is installed, you can change the serial communication selection between
Bluetooth, RS232 or the ZDR server during operation modes. This change remains in effect
until the system is powered off or you change the selection.
This option is valid only when the Auto Transmit After 12 Lead parameter value is set to Yes;
otherwise, it is ignored.

9600 bps, 38400 bps, 115200 bps
