6. Try to align the two ends of the red line with the video ruler scale (Try to pull the
red line as long as possible to keep the calibration accuracy);
7. Enter or select the current microscope objective lens
Magnification
in the
Magnification
field. The current

is 10X;
8. Read the overlaid (by the red line) micro-ruler actual length and fill it in the
Actual
Length
field, the current
Actual Length
is 450um. This

will also be
