blocks. Function selections for each
block are as follows:

And: A AND B.
/And: NOT A AND B.
Xor: A EXCLUSIVE OR B.
/Xor: NOT A EXCLUSIVE OR B.
or/: A OR NOT B.
And/: A AND NOT B.
