Power Failure Report (Type I Only)
This report is printed if the machine’s power was off long enough to erase the
memory. The report gives details of the files that were lost. With this information,
you may store messages for transmission again, and contact the senders of any
received messages that were lost.
Polling Clear Report (Type I Model)
This is printed after a polling file has been erased from memory.
SWITCHING REPORTS ON/OFF
Some of these reports can be switched on or off. To switch a report on or off, do
the following (see page 102 if you need more information about User Parameter
settings adjustment procedure).
1. Press the Function key and

press the Yes key.
