4-4) Push back down the green levers
while pressing the white rollers down
into place.

4-5) Make sure the levers are pulled
down. Close the operation panel
until it audibly locks into place.
NOTE: If you hear an unusual noise
when you are closing the operation
panel, check the green levers have been
pulled down to the bottom.

5. Clean the Thermal head.

5-1) Lift the catch to unlock the printer cover.
Then, hold the paper guides and open the
cover.

5-2) Gently wipe the thermal head [E]
with the soft and damp cloth.
CAUTION: The black stripe above the
head may be wiped, but do not rub it.

5-3) Reset the paper roll.

5-4) Close the printer cover until it audi-
bly locks into place.

6. Clean the machine’s exterior with a

clean soft dry cloth.

NOTE: Do not use a cleaning agent such benzen, washing liquid, etc.
